MEET KATELYN

I am a mother to one sweet, spunky boy Rutledge and our twin baby girls Lula Mae and Rosie. My family is my world and I am inspired by them daily in my photography journey. 

Photography and people are my passion along with food, I love to eat. I get inspired by being around new faces and getting to know them through the lens. I live in the moment which I think helps me capture photos that are meaningful and real. Natural light photography is what I focus on, I think the pictures are beautiful and more raw. 

I can't get enough of children and family photography but I don't limit myself to just those areas, I can shoot just about anything. Traveling is something I have had the privilege to do since a young age and would love to continue to do it more, so I can and will come to you! 

WHAT TO EXPECT:

I love to capture all of the small details, real, natural and honest moments between you and your loved ones. We will get all of the smiling posed shots out of the way and then get to the good stuff. The laughs, hugs, kisses and honest moments.

I am a very laid back person and have been doing this for a while so you just have to trust me to get the shots. I will guide you and your family through our session to capture those really meaningful photographs that yall can cherish forever. If this is your first baby or fourth Ive been there I have seen the chaos and I know the effort it takes to get everyone willing and on board to take photos. I will be there for you, to help you and make this easy and painless. If this session is just you and your babies, I will guide you to capture the beautiful moments and take breathers for the break downs or snacks. There is nothing I haven’t seen and nothing that intimidates me when it comes to taking photos of kids, babies, awkward husbands, etc.
